Parenting Classes

Every parent wants to do the best job possible when raising a child. However, without good information and tools, parenting can feel overwhelming. Parents often wonder, “If I could do one thing for my child that would make a difference both now, and in the future, what would it be?” The answer is to build the child’s emotional intelligence. Research has found that helping kids understand and regulate their emotions sets them up for relational, intellectual, and social success.

Four Week Group

This 4-week group is taught by Yuliana Nelson, PhD. Parents or guardians of children ages 6-12 may attend; it’s never too late to learn new skills. Click below for more information or to register for the next available class. Space is limited to only six families!

Cost is $60 per week.

Group meets on Thursdays starting on March 13, 2025.

Time is from 5:30-6:30 for four-weeks.
