Our Approach
Our approach to working with clients is highly relational, caring, collaborative and purposeful. We believe that therapy begins with a genuinely caring relationship where the client and therapist work together to assess the problems, develop therapeutic goals and work towards growth and change. While we welcome and have clients from all different backgrounds, we also work from a Christian worldview. We help clients reach their personal goals and change their patterns of thought and behavior that have become problematic.
